With the recent resurface of the URD/LCDC topic, I am making an attempt at something a little more light hearted. In the past three weeks, I took the advice of a good friend and submerged myself into the drama "24". I had avoided doing so because I had heard getting into the show required great dedication and frankly, I didn't think i had the time. I have since purchased the first three seasons, having watched the first two seasons in less than two weeks time. I am half way through the 3rd season and not looking back. My question for the forum: do you watch this show? Do you find it as thrilling, exciting and thought provoking as I do? Jack Bauer for president '08? I really need to know if I am alone with this as my sleep pattern has been significantly altered since becoming a "24 freak"?! Also, I figured this show may be popular with the HBO crowd so advice from you regulars is much appreciated! JimmyMAC .
Sephora among retailers opening for business at Towson Town Center
Two national retailers will open new stores at Towson Town Center this year. Cosmetics chain Sephora will open a 5,800-square-foot store on level two of the mall this fall, while XXI Forever, a new concept from Forever 21, will open a two-story store this summer. The new stores are part of the mall's plan to add 100,000 square feet of new retail and restaurants. Mall owner General Growth Properties Inc. also announced that Crate & Barrel will triple the size of its existing store to 35,000 square feet, first reported last year in the Baltimore Business Journal. San Francisco-based Sephora carries more than 250 brands of makeup, skin care and beauty accessories. Its other Maryland stores are located in Annapolis, Bethesda and Columbia.

Flows in the North and South Santiams have been holding pretty steady and are still fishable. Anticipated rains this week will likely bring river levels up. Recycling of fish from the Minto and Foster traps has been discontinued for the year, but steelhead are still in the rivers and in good shape.STOCKING SCHEDULE:South Willamette Watershed District stocked Detroit Reservoir with 7,000 legal-sized rainbow trout the week of Oct. 8. Department staff also stocked Walling Pond and Walter Wirth Lake with legal and larger sized rainbow trout the week of Oct. 8. The next scheduled stocking will be week of Oct. 29 for Walling Pond and Walter Wirth Lake.The North Willamette Watershed will stock Mt. Hood Pond with both legal and larger sized rainbow trout the week of Oct. 15.Coho salmon bag limit increased on >, Clackamas and Eagle CreekThe Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife adopted a temporary rule that increased the bag limit for coho salmon to three adipose fin-clipped coho salmon per day on Eagle Creek and the Sandy and Clackamas rivers.The previous regulation allowed anglers a limit of two adipose fin-clipped coho salmon per day.
